pet friendly, efficient acoustic isolation (train), trees, terrace and balcony, try and keep some views on Rigi, not forget the new home office tendance, some smaller rooms to be able to use as office or even better a shared working space on premises, no need for two bathrooms but larger kitchen with island would be appreciated. Tiled floors in common spaces, living room, kitchens, keep wooden floors for bedrooms.
